To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a complete refund. Bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons will be rescheduled or if cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Bookings cancelled by the client within 24 hours are not subject to refunds.
