Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a complete refund. Bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons will be rescheduled or if cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Bookings cancelled by the client within 24 hours are not subject to refunds. As Northern Skies Resort is not an established base of operations for Killarney Air Services LTD, some flights may face cancellation if an inadequate number of bookings are reached. In this scenario all flights will be fully refunded.
